It is located at Unit 18, Brunswick Centre, Marchmont St, Bloomsbury, London WC1N 1AE. It used to be in Russell Square but they have now relocated to this address.
Food:
Their soufflé pancakes are made by combining soufflé and pancakes together to create that fluffiness. It has to be cooked very slowly at a low temperature as they are so delicate, which can take around 20 minutes. There are a few different combinations that you can have with your pancakes, such as with fruit, chocolate, maple syrup and red bean and matcha. Sometimes they do some limited edition ones, such as caramel and popcorn and red velvet flavours!
